How do I check my points balance?
Ask your stylist at your next appointment! They can pull up your account and show you your current points and available rewards.
Do my points expire?
Points are valid as long as you remain an active client. We define "active" as visiting at least once every 12 months.
Can I combine rewards?
Some rewards can be combined, others cannot. Ask your stylist about specific redemption options!
What if I forget to mention my loyalty account?
No worries! Let us know at checkout and we'll make sure your points are added.
Can I gift my points to someone else?
Loyalty points are non-transferable, but you can refer friends to earn even more points!
