T Loren Policy

Your appointments are very important to the T Loren team. We reserve this time especially for you, and while we understand that schedule adjustments are necessary at times, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

 

CANCELLATION

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service amount. **We understand emergencies and illness occur. Please call and speak with your stylist.**

 

NO SHOWS

If you choose to forgo your appointment without notifying your stylist, you will be charged 100% of that appointment before you can make another appointment with any stylist.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will most likely need to reschedule to accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you.
